  • Offering refers to the any type of travel tour purchased from us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Hana Travels India, accessible from https://hanatravelsindia.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Refund / Cancellation Rights

In order to exercise Your right of refund / cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by within 10 days from purchase of any offering:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We accept your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used unless otherwise advised, and You may incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund / cancellation requests that does not meet our internal conditions in our sole discretion.
